The George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin controversy

George Zimmerman was a petty neighborhood vigilante who enjoyed looking for trouble and made ultimate trouble by stalking Trayvon Martin instead of minding his own business.

Trayvon Martin was a 17-year-old smart Alec punk, which is typical of many adolescent males, who probably mouthed off to Zimmerman.  Whether he provoked it or not is unknown, but he probably did not say anything to Zimmerman until he noticed Zimmerman stalking him.

As this blog has touched upon previously, a teenager is not a "child" in Indigenous American culture.  Adolescence is the first stage of adulthood--not the last stage of childhood as non-indigenous societies in America tend to treat that age group both socially and by legal definition.  Under-age teens who have consensual sex with adults are labeled as "victims" by the legal system and the media even though in many instances it is the teen who solicits the sex from the adult, and in most cases not for money or favor.  They are just attracted to older people.

Much of the African-American community has made the Trayvon/Zimmerman case a race issue when it really is not.  Trayvon Martin is about 7/8 black and George Zimmerman is 1/8 black. His father is German-American and his mother is a Peruvian "criolla" (creole).  A Latin American creole is one who is a tri-racial mixture of sub-Saharan African, Amerindian, and European.  One of George Zimmerman's  Peruvian great-grandfather's was Afro-Peruvian.

Zimmerman identifies as "Hispanic"--a generic term which like the term "Latino," has come to replace the terms "mestizo" and "creole".  Most of those of Latin American origin who identify themselves as Hispanic or Latino tend to be mixed race people who do not want to identify as either white or indigenous. Latin American mestizos are those who are a varying degrees of mixed European and Amerindian.

The vast majority of crime and violence committed against African-Americans are commited by African-Americans; i.e., "black-on-black" crime.

Even though Zimmerman has far less African genes than Trayvon Martin, the incident that Zimmerman instigated between he and Trayvon was nevertheless a black-on-black incident. Here are some more facts:

 - George Zimmerman has other black family members--some of whom have lived with him at some point.

- George Zimmerman's high school prom date was an African-American girl.

 - George Zimmerman voted and campaigned for Obama.

 - George Zimmerman and his black friend opened an insurance company in Florida.

- George Zimmerman launched a campaign to help a homeless black man who was beaten up by a white kid.

 - George Zimmerman mentored young black males.

The "Stand Your Ground" law in Florida is another issue. Perhaps it is too lax and general, although Indigenous American traditionalists are opposed to most gun control laws. Indigenous Americans were the reason the first gun control laws in the U.S. came into existence, in that it became illegal for whites/non-Indians to sell, trade, or provide guns and ammo to Indian tribes.

Zimmerman was found "not guilty" by a jury of five white women and one "Hispanic" woman.  Perhaps a cerain amount of racial bias had something to do with their decision, although oficially they had to judge the case within the framework of Florida's Stand Your Ground law in relation to the use of a firearm.

The system of temporary involuntary servitude known as "jury duty" needs to be replaced by three judge panels for all criminal trials.  Family court legal decisions should also be heard by three judges instead of just one, and even civil suits that are tried in public courts in lieu of private courts of binding arbitration should be heard by three judges.

The mullato Barack Obama is one of the most incompetent presidents that has ever occupied the White House and has become more of a nanny police statist and global interventionist than the non-intellectual George W. Bush was. Every time Obama speaks out about Trayvon Martin, he sticks his foot in his mouth.  If I were to issue him an academic grade of A,B,C,D, or F for his performance as POTUS, it would be a "D". The only reason he doesn't get an "F" is because he has been politcally correct as of late on equal rights under the law for homosexuals. As this blog has addressed previously, homosexuality and "two spirit" people are not taboo in traditional Indigenous American cultures.

I don't believe that the majority of African-Americans today are racist towards white Amerikaners or other races, but the majority do seem to be content in segretating themselves socially from whites in particular due to differences in cultural attitudes and social tastes, although interracial marriage between blacks and whites has been on the rise in recent decades.

The hyposcrisy of some African-American "leaders" and a lot of African-American communities across the U.S. consist of them making a martyr out of Trayvon Martin while ignoring other herrendous black-on-black crimes that have included young black male thugs mugging and brutally beating up old black women on the street or in an elevator, for instance.  The brief video commentary by this African-American gentleman pretty much sums it up:

Settlers are not immigrants--they are occupiers

...«the narrative of nativists and white supremacists who see themselves as the first and only legitimate “immigrants” to a territory given to them by God as a “white nation,” making border enforcement and continued repression “legitimate” and necessary components of any agreement on immigration reform.

Settlers are not immigrants—they are occupiers. But of course this inconvenient fact is not part of the colonial fantasy that passes as U.S. history nor is it considered by the proponents of the path to citizenship».

Academy of Motion Pictures and Sciences snubs Russell Means at the Oscars

The ever-so-upity white elitist snobs who still control the Academy of Motion Pictures and Sciences excluded famous American Indian Lakota activist and actor Russell Means from the In Memorium segment of last night's televised Oscar Awards. They instead chose to mostly memorialize a bunch of old dead white people that even most white viewers never heard of.

Means, who passed away last October, has a number of major motion picture credits to his name, including that of his role as "The Last Mohican" Chingachgook in the 1992 version of The Last of the Mohicans, which was his first movie role ever. The closing scene of the film includes him along side leading man Daniel Day-Lewis, who won his third Oscar last night for Best Actor in his leading role as Abraham Lincoln in the movie Lincoln. I wonder what he thought about the omission?
Perhaps Russell "I'm Coming Back As Lighting" Means will pay lightening strike visits to those responsible for excluding him from the Memorium.

Gun control laws don't do any good

Most advocates of stricter gun control and gun prohibition in the United States today are white left-of-center progressives.

Indigenous Americans were the first victims of white man gun control laws. It was illegal even into the early 20th century for non-Indians to sell firearms to Indians. Although they risked the death penalty, there were nevertheless white black market arms traders that provided guns and ammo to Indian tribes in exchange for Indian-produced products that were of value to whites in America and abroad such as furs, hides, blankets, jewelry, etc. It was only because Indians were outnumbered that the "west" was lost in the long run to the white man. Had Indigenous American tribes had no guns at all, the Euro invader spawn conquest of the west would have come a lot sooner.

After the Civil War, the Ku Klux Klan lobbied for gun control laws in the South that would prevent African-Americans from purchasing and possessing most calibers of firearms.

Whenever there is enough demand for a good or service that is illegal, there is a black market to supply it, with firearms and ammo being no exception. Even psychopaths and terrorists in nations with the strictest of strictest gun prohibition laws where only police and military can possess firearms, can eventually get their hands on them when they want to bad enough. Even if they couldn't, they would revert to concocting homemade explosives, which can result in even more casualties.

The first school massacre in the United States occurred in 1927. It was billed as "The Bath School Disaster" in Bath Township, Michigan, in which a school board member used dynamite to blow up much of the school with children and staff on the premises.

The more well-armed a citizenry is, the more it deters crime and violence against persons and property.

Gun control and gun prohibition advocacy operates on emotion and short-sightedness rather than pragmatic reasoning. Responsible gun control is the exercise of self-control in the way of handling and securing firearms and ammo properly and making sure they remain out of the reach of children.
